The City of Ashley, Indiana is located in Northeastern Indiana--The East edge of town is just off of I-69 at Exit 140. We are approximately:
  • 10 miles West of Ohio
  • 20 Miles South of Michigan and the Indiana Toll Road
  • 40 miles North of Fort Wayne, Indiana.

The Northern 1/3 of the city is located in Steuben County and the Southern 2/3 is located in Dekalb County. The center line of Indiana State Road 4 (State Street) is the County Line.

The DeKalb County portion is:
  • bordered on the South by Industrial Drive & Angle Drive.
  • bordered on the West by Angle Drive and a short section of Co Rd 23
  • bordered on the East by I-69.
The Steuben County portion is:
  • bordered on the North by Indiana Northeastern Railroad
  • Bordered on the West by the Hudson Corporate Limits.
  • bordered on the East by I-69.
